The Swine Flu Swindle

Here we go again. This time we have a genetic mix of viruses unleashed upon the public known as the Swine Flu. Yeah, it could be contracted through the handling of pigs but the victims in Mexico City, California and Texas didn't have any contact with the lowly swine.

The government's response is, of course, vaccination. That worked really well back in 1976 where 6 people died from the swine flu and 23 died from the vaccines.

The Spanish Flu of 1918 started with a vaccine administered to soldiers and claimed 20 million lives. Some literally got sick in the morning and were dead by sunset, bleeding out of every orifice in their body. Maybe this time President Obama will have ordered enough coffins and won't run out like last time.

Do you trust your government or the biotech company that makes the vaccine?

Today Tamiflu is routinely administered by doctors who enjoy their kickback programs. It's a little pricey, about $100 a course, and if you have a high deductible you'll be paying all of it. Also it reduces symptoms by only 1-2 days at best but hey, the government has stockpiles of the stuff.

In fact, the biggest buyer of Tamiflu is Uncle Sam but most likely it will be worthless because the virus will mutate into a strain that no vaccine can pevent. There have been several pandemics over the past century, but the most notorious was in 1918--50 million people died worldwide as a result of the "Spanish Flu." Some literally got sick in the morning and were dead by the time the sunset, bleeding out of every orifice in their body.

What are the alternatives to the vaccine providing they don't pass a law making it mandatory to get vaccinated? Here's a short list:

Vitamin C was administered by Nostradamus back in 1525 in the way of rose hips and other essential oils. More recently, Linus Pauling put Vitamin C on the map for curing everything from cancer to heart disease. Sure, one can dispute it's efficiency but there is no denying that Vitamin C is a safe product to consume. Even in large doses, Vitamin C is non-toxic and the only reaction one might get is a case of diarrhea. Sorry, big pharma, no patent for you.

Like Italian? Then Oil of Oregano is for you. Oregano is known for its ability to cure mild stomach problems. It is also well known for its cough-clearing qualities. However, Oregano has many other benefits, among these: abolishing fungus, digestive problems, migraine headaches, athletes foot, sore throat, breathing problems, dandruff (and other skin problems). Candida sufferers wouldn't be without Oil of Oregano.

This strain of Lactobacillus originated in Russia, developed because of the Chernobyl disaster. Lactic acid bacteria within the intestines initiates the process for stimulating the body's natural immune response. The reason for this response is due to proteins and other biological substances that are contained within the cell walls. You've seen Jamie Lee Curtis hawking Activia as the latest cure for digestive disorders and there is some merit to the product except that it does have lots of sugar which is not so good for diabetics. Also, you would have to eat a lot of yogurt to really get any immunity benefit and Dannon is a little slow to remove rBST/rBGH from their dairy products. They claim by the end of 2009 their products will be hormone free.

Siberian Ginseng (eleuthero) has also been extensively used in Russia and known for it's ability to increase endurance in athletes. Recent studies include it's effect on Herpes viral infections. A 6-month study of 93 people with herpes simplex virus type 2 (which can cause genital herpes lesions) found that Siberian ginseng reduced frequency, severity, and duration of outbreaks.

Elderberry tincture has long been known as the ‘poor man’s medicine chest’ for its usefulness, but especially its efficacy in treating cold and flu symptoms. Recommended by Pliny the Elder and Hippocrates it has a long history of safety.

The most common uses for elderberry tincture include treatment for:

  • Common cold
  • Influenza (flu)
  • Coughing
  • Bronchitis
  • Sinus infections
  • Infections

If you've been paying attention common food and plants are actually good (and safe) medicine. The stinky garlic not only keeps vampires away (not used in the movie Twilight!) but is great for boosting immunity. Naturally, raw is the best way but fortunately we now have garlic in capsules that are hardly pungent. Garlic is easy to grow and if you think the government's massive debt might ruin the country in short order then get crackin' and plant some. Traditionally, it's planted in the fall but maybe you can sneak some in this summer. Think of garlic as an insurance policy against the plague and along with the oregano you'll probably survive if you don't get sprayed too badly by the chemtrails.

Two other staples in your medicine cabinet should be Echinacea and Golden Seal. Golden Seal is really powerful and if you take too much it will cause a headache. Just back off the product and your headache will go away. They are quite bitter in tincture form (but more effective) but also available in capsules.

With just a few herbs on hand you'll be able to survive the swine flu, the avian flu or any other flu they throw our way. You won't have any need for their pig-in-a-pokes!
